Nike Dunk Low Premium AP – MACKDADDY Air Force 1

Everybody’s getting their panties in a knot over this years Beijing Olympics with various brands cashing in with Olympic themed sneakers. Here’s a look at a Dunk Low Premium with the added bonus of a Zoom Air. The white upper features gold foil on the swoosh and a sparkle sole. No word on a release date.

 

To celebrate MACKDADDY’s 10th Anniversary, the Japanese brand had a special Air Force 1 commissioned. Featuring a leather and patent white upper, further highlights include a gold swoosh and purple laces and lining. This sneaker will stay exclusively within the hands of MACKDADDY and not be for sale.

BBC | Ice Cream Season 6 2008 Spring/Summer Collection

BBC|Ice Cream, the label directed by Pharrell Williams with the help from Nigo (A Bathing Ape), has released their Season 6 look book. This BBC|Ice Cream goes the preppy style with polos, button up shirts and knitted vest. Of course, you’ll get the usual BBC|Ice Cream style as well with zip up hoodies and loud denim jeans. Mon avis: Mis a part ce jean (photo ci-dessus) , ce hoodie (ci-dessous) Certe j’ai trouvé de l’innovation mais aucun autre coup de coeur. En revenche les sacs et autres accesoires sont très très beau! Au final je suis assez mitigé…

Adidas x Limitededitions Forum Adv Mid

Limitededitions are working overtime in Barcelona as they prepare to host the mini exhibition of Estevan Oriol’s photography promoting the Undefeated x Adidas ‘Perfect Ten’ Pack which will be a huge attraction, check out the preview here. Now here comes this very exciting project including Limitededitions and the German sneaker brand Adidas, and the final product is a Forum Adv Mid. The simple use of only one colour is the highlight and the fantastic tourquiose shade is very refreshing and has come out looking more than impressive. Although the release details have not been confirmed, you can hope to see this at Bread & Butter.

Mon avis: J’adore la couleur, j’adore le suede leather, j’adore les forums! I jus luv dem so i buy dem!

Adidas Original Denim by Diesel

Already a while ago we announced the upcoming collaboration by Adidas Original and Diesel on a denim collection. The collection will be released this Spring season and finally we can show you what the line-up will look like.

The denim comes both washed and raw in black and indigo colors, some washed pieces also with further customization. The Adidas logo appears on the back tag, the side, the bottom of the denim and also some rivets have been replaced with the Adidas logo. All in all a pretty complete denim line with rather subtle branding. The Diesel logo appears on the front pocket as usual. On one side we prefer this collaboration over what Puma did with Evisu, simply because the collection is more subtle and concentrates on the denim and the washes rather than the branding. On the other side, the question is, if people want denim with Adidas branding? It’s not exactly a sign of quality for denim. We will see, once they land in store.

Mon avis: Je trouve cette collaboration très interessante, le concept a été inspiré de la collboration entre levi’s et jordan bu anyway, je hope que la shape sera moins proche des diesel actuel cuz pour mes cuisses de black ca va être dead! Anyway i luv it & i will buy it!

2009 Ford Flex: Graff Flex x Danny D x Slick

Mon avis: C’est pas mal on voit que l’expérience et la technique est là mais si tu me fais la même chose sur ma caisse (une Talbo), Je serais assez vnr…question de goût! lol

Mon avis: De JB Classics j’apprecie le côté série limité, la qualité du travail et l’attention attribué aux détails et au packaging…Cependant je reste assez sceptique quant à la shape même des modèles. Conlusion: Choix des matériaux et détails intéressant mais coté shape je n’hadère pas encore..i will not buy it!

Nike SB January ‘08 Patchwork Collection

For January 2008 Nike SB has released a special Patchwork Collection. The patchwork has been created from familiar patterns and materials our of Nike’s heritage. The collection consists of a windrunner, beanie, wallet, 5-panel cap, fitted cap and of course the belt.

Expect the collection to land in stores this week. After the jump a detailed look at each piece.

This is one of the most innovative bike designs we’ve ever had the pleasure to come across. The Arantix Mountain Bike by Delta 7 Sports features IsoTruss carbon fiber and strong as nails Kevlar open lattice tube design that is not only strong, but super lightweight and futuristic looking. Small pyramid shaped structures made of hand woven stands of carbon fiber are all connected and formed in the shape of a tube. the hollow-like design shaves off a lot of weight and yet doesn’t sacrifice strength and durability. Each frame takes over 300 hours to build, and the company only plans on building 200 frames for ‘08. Technology like this don’t come cheap though: a complete bike starts at $11,995, or just the frame for $6,995.

Hello Kitty x AR-15 Rifle

 That cute & cuddly Japanese icon Hello Kitty has probably received more than enough air time on these pages than it has deserved but something about going out and customizing a real AR-15 is something that’s just insane. The customizer presented this to his wife in some sort of a stance relating to gun legislation. The AR-15 is fully legal and would probably add a lot of insult to injury if you ever got held up by one.
