Reebok Fall 2009 Reverse Jam Mid Premium

Reebok has been very active these past couple of seasons, presenting lots of collaborations and special color-ups of their classic footwear. As a result we felt like an overload happened and it just got crazier every season. The above Reverse Jam Mid is one of the first sneakers to come from Reebok in recent months that looks more solid. As one can see it does not need reflective panels, glow in the dark features or crazy all-over designs. This time they used some nice premium brown leathers and added a worn look to them. The result is a very solid, classic, yet premium looking sneaker. It will soon be available at Flauge.

Louis Vuitton x Takashi Murakami Plush Toys

We reported about the launch of the most recent Louis Vuitton x Takashi Murakami leather goods collection. The line was released in Japan end of April with big opening events and for those occasions the French luxury goods brand and the Japanese artist also worked on some special limited edition plush toys and plush toy key jewelry, that was only given out at the launch event. Now you can also purchase the plush toys from Cliff Edge.

Crooks & Castles x SE Racing 26″ Flyer

The latest to team up with SE Racing on a bike is Crooks & Castles. They worked on the 26″ Flyer, which features the following specs: full grain leather diamond-quilted seat and pads in cool white, Crooks & Castles logo landing gear forks, individually numbered seat tube badge, white wall 26″ tires, printed donuts and handle bar end caps, and more. Goyard London Store Coming Soon

We get a look at the soon to come Goyard London Store. For now the facade of the store is wrapped in a giant Goyard trunk. After the French brand was concentrating on Asian expansion with stores in recent years, London marks their first European flagship store after the original store in Paris.

VC1 Cufflinks by VOID Watches

Air Jordan 1 Dark Obsidian/Cerulean

We’ve seen more Air Jordan 1’s then we can count in recent months, and there is no end in site. Case in point, the Strap Fall Colorways, andPhat Premiers, each landing in a handful of colorways in the coming months.

From the looks of it, 2010 will see more of the same. The Air Jordan 1 High is scheduled to land at retailers in March of next year. The makeup combines Dark Obsidian (dark blue) and Cerulean (light blue) in a mix of premium materials, and will retail for $115.

This series from Dior is fit for a king. Dior Joaillerie released their royal ‘Kings & Queens’ collection by Victoire de Castellane . The little jewels are meant to be owned as a pair.The skulled jewelry is made out of Opal, Jade, Quartz, and Obsidian which is said to represent a sort of eternity. Vogue France commented “we are temporary, the jewels we wear last through time and centuries.”

Bape Store Launch Party London

Over the weekend we reported about the renewed Bape Store London. The store got an interior upgrade and after previously being a Busy Work Shop, has now become a full Bape Store. Of course the occasion was properly celebrated. Nigo and Pharrell came out to party with the London folks at Disco 24 and it sure looked like a good night.

Kris van Assche

Another great sneaker from Belgian designer Kris van Assche’s Fall/Winter 2009 lineup has been released. The high top sneaker comes in a mix of premium white leather and suede with interesting panel details around the ankle and toe box. These shoes, created in partnership with the luxury shoemaker Berluti, are now available at colette.

Nixon Fall 2009 Collection

We take a look at first new styles coming from Nixon for Fall 2009. The brand does not have many competitors in their price class and does a great job keeping this niche of mid priced watches for the younger generation to them. We really like the minimalist approach the brand is taking this Fall. The watches remind us a little of the Braun watches from the 80’s. Minimalist design, classic colors, yet a sense of modernism. New models this season include The Chronicle, The Mellor and The Newton Digital.

Patta x Pro-Keds Royal Hi And Lo

Patta presents their next high profile collaborative project, celebrating their 5th anniversary, after they just recently showed us their Keep collaboration sneakers and bag and Kangol collaboration hat. Here comes now their pack with Pro-Keds. Together they present the Pro-Keds Royal Hi and Royal Lo.

They kept it very clean with these and used premium pebbled leather on the upper on natural gumsoles. The Lo’s and Hi’s are sold separately and each sneaker comes with a heavy duty grocery bag. Patta will be launching the project this coming weekend, July 25th, in store in Amsterdam. Other select retailers will also get the product beginning of August.

Lanvin Fall/Winter 2009 Low Top Sneakers

We present you two new low top sneakers from the Lanvin Fall/Winter 2009 Collection. Their classic low top comes in brown suede with metallic toe cap and piping, as well as in washed leather with matching purple toe cap and piping. Once again they found a nice color/material combination, setting them apart from other brands, while working with a rather simple silhouette. Both sneakers are now available from Browns.

Chanel Customized Motorcycle

Karl Lagerfeld was spotted this past week at the Chanel boutique on Rue Royale in Paris, shooting the press kit for Chanel’s pre-spring collection entitled Starting Point. The shoot was not only intriguing because of models Lara Stone and Baptiste Giacobini, but also because of the appearance of a custom designed Chanel motorcycle, customized for the famed fashion house in Toulouse, France.

Martin Margiela Two Finger Ring

Marigela two finger knuckle duster in a high shine finish. The two rings are made from 100% brass and the top is a rectangular bar of silver. The Margiela logo is embossed on the inside. We haven’t got many of these in at all… These rings measure 4.5cm across the top and the rings themselves measure 2cm in diameter.

Martin Margiela Fall/Winter 2009 Single Lens Sunglasses

This season, nonconformist Martin Margiela offers an outlandish take on a Ray-Ban Shooter style sunglass frame. All I can think of is Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas meets welding mask. colette says it’s a piece “just like his creator; atypical, playful, unique!” If those words describe you, and you think you can pull this off, they’re now available in two colors at colette.

Colette x Timberland 6″ Boots

colette has collaborated with Timberland on the classic 6″ boots. The boots come in typical Timberland beige tone and feature colette blue accents on the ankle padding and on the laces. Furthermore the boots feature a worked look on the toe box and the heel. A special collaborative hang tag comes on the boots. The colette font logo is featured prominently on the boot tongue. So far there is no word on a release date, but we will of course keep you posted.

Kris Van Assche High Top and Low Top

Today we take an early look at the Kris van Assche Spring/Summer 2010 Footwear. Once again the designer gets creative with his sneakers. Both the high top and low top sneakers in the collection feature an interesting lacing system. In terms of colors they kept it simple, which was a good move. On top of the sneakers, Van Assche also presents some nice suede loafers and lace-ups, along with some interesting high rise technical boots.

Nike Fall 2009 Air Elan

The Nike Air Elan comes for Fall 2009 in two very subtle premium versions. It comes in all white and in all black, both featuring different premium leathers on the upper. The Swoosh is embossed and even the mid-sole is covered in leather. Both colorways are now available at Caliroots.

Supra NS Fall 2009 Footwear

Today we give you a look at the Supra NS Fall 2009 Footwear. Supra presents in their premium collection comes interesting new colors this season. Louis Vuitton Tambour Mysterieuse Watch

Perhaps not as well-known for its watch engineering as it is its fashion and luggage offerings, the new Louis Vuitton Tambour Mysterieuse watch makes a strong case for itself. Inspired by movements originally conceived by Jean-Eugene Robert Houdin back in the 19th century, Louis Vuitton’s appropriation carries on the legacy as the watch features on mobile sapphire discs which create a stunning visual arrangement between the mechanics and the markers around the dial. The watch is also fully customizable to the users preferences including parts of the strap and dial.

ZEVS – Arrested After “Liquidated” CHANEL Sign In Hong Kong

In preparation for his first solo exhibition in Hong Kong’s Art Statements Gallery, Parisian graffiti artistZEVS decided to take a brief detour a few hours ago for a “bombing” run.  Armed with a ladder, black paint, factitious cleaning crew outfit and barricade tape,  he went on to adorn the signage of CHANEL – Central District flagship store with his signature “Liquidated” motif…  Unfortunately, local law enforcements were notified and ZEVS was arrested soon after these images were taken… No news on whether he’s been release yet or whether he will make it to the opening of the exhibit this Tursday…
