Amongst the mostly metal offerings from Parisian collective Surface to Air are these new 2 & 3-Finger Color Rings, offering in tonal colorways including Red, Blue, and Black. The rings come in seven different styles, all showcasing a 2 or 3-finger format. They should soon become available through the Surface to Air online store.

For some time now, we’ve seen a revival of all things early 80’s pop culture. As the youth of that era take reign within creative positions, their idealism and inspiration from that era is re-positioned in today’s creative consciousness.
Nixon and Barneys have put together their fourth consecutive holiday watch collection. Made up of five new exclusive timepieces, the collection features three custom 51-30’s, alongside updated versions of The Magnacon and The Time Teller P. As you can see, they kept it classy with heavy doses of black complemented by rose gold accents. Available exclusively at Barneys New York and Barneys New York CO-OP locations (including online) starting November 14, 2009.

Bell & Ross has released what they claim is “the first watch to be constructed entirely of a carbon fiber case”. And if you’re a fan of carbon fiber, the dial and strap also feature the lightweight, high performance material as well. Ready for 100m water resistance. Limited to 500 examples. A lot of watches today, right? But I’ll be damned if this one isn’t a looker.
Devilock called on Garni to produce a series of acrylic devilock skull rings in celebration of their 13th anniversary. The ring comes in black, white or red (red is a Zozo exclusive) and features a silver coin on the side containing the markings of both brands. Exciting to see the use of an actual devilock on a Devilock product – as far as I know it’s pretty rare. Drops at Eproze on November 24, 2009.
The final Nixon Rubber Player from the Fluro Series has been unvealed. This time they chose the grapefruit yellow. Look out for a release soon and possibly also for another upcoming Rubber Player Series in the near future.
London-based Maharishi join forces with Mosley Tribes to design a new set of sunglasses. Both brands have an affinity for blending luxury with a street aesthetic. The new sunglasses come in three different frame colours, and feature Maharishi’s trademark bonsai forrest camo on the arms.
A Bathing Ape team up with Hong Kong based label Chocoolate on a new set of collaborative items which will see a launch within their 6-day pop-up store opening. Included are tees, caps, and mugs as well as a special edition gold set featuring one of each items in a black/gold color scheme. All of the items will see a release on November 7th.
By now you’re probably well aware of Nixon’s ongoing Rubber Player program – one new limited color per month, sells out quick. Next up is a clean white rendition. 180g revisits Nike for a new collection of custom died pieces. The Parisian dye house created an wide array of custom colored sneakers using washed silk, leathers, and mineral flakes for an athletic look. The Air Flytop and Tennis Classic both get ample play alongside other styles, while each pair sports contrast colored laces, reptile applications and more. The launch of this collection takes place Thursday, November 5th at 180g.
