Comprised of Casio G-Shock’s top of the line watches, the “Men in…” collection has seen previous instances including Men in Rescue Orange and Men in Ice White. This new February pack features the Men in Rusty Black theme which includes subtle metallic tones over the Mudman (G-9000MS), Frogman (GW-200MS) and Riseman (GW-9200MS). The pack releases starting February 12th at select Japanese retailers.
A new release emanating out of Vans’ features the Owen Hi LS in a familiar colors. Drawing some parallels with the Air Jordan franchise, this release features a white leather upper with quilted and croc skin highlights. The upcoming issue of CLOUT Magazine has the crew catching up with Bay Area Rap pioneer Too Short and a selection of legendary graffiti artists including Cope 2 and GESO alongside famed skateboard artist Todd Bratrud. Having come off a campaign with Volcom last year as well as a project alongside Nike, Bratrud’s artwork is unmistakably trademarked with his use of reptilian pin-up girls amongst vibrant backdrops. Along with their 11st issue, CLOUT will also be producing a limited edition tee featuring that very same cover art, tweaked Bay Area style of course. Hong Kong brand Subcrew has teamed up with Casio on four G-Shock watches with each colorway made exclusively for the four Unity stores located in Taiwan, Guang Zhou, Chang Sha and Shang Hai. These will be available on February 11th. There will also be an online store version which is yet to be seen as well as the SAMLEE edition which will not bad for sale.

In a well-designed and highly refined piece of luggage from NexusVII, together with Porter, the two have put together a well engineered bag with the Birkin. The bag features a rectangular base which extends upwards and becomes more narrow with an outer fabric created in quilted fashion. Another nice highlight is the clip-style closure system. Although the bag is currently sold out at Noa’s Ark, it should be available at other NexusVII retailers.

Timex came back last year and re-introduced their most classic timepiece in fresh up-to-date colors. For Spring 2009 they will be releasing 7 new colorways of the digital watch. They used a lot of strong colors and pastelle combinations in the line-up, almost as of they wanted to offer you the right decoration for easter.

In their “Japan Limited” collection, Lakai comes out with some of the best colorways of their footwear. The Telford mid top sneaker comes in a new white/red and white/gold colorway, both available now from Mita.

The Nike Air Jordan 1 Phat Low comes in team color packs these days and so far we have come across the Lakers Pack and the Trailblazers Pack. The base of the sneakers comes in black and white, with the toe box coming in patent leather and the mid-sole along with a couple of other details in the team colors. Overall a solid series of packs.

With all the talk about releases of the Air Jordan 1 (I) model this year, fanatics are becoming more and more anxious to see what Jordan Brand has in store for them. We just featured the Air Jordan 1 (I) High Strap – Sole to Sole, and here we feature a Women’s version of the popular shoe. They feature a vibrant purple upper constructed from nylon, along with a white midsole and purple outsole. The Nike swoosh sports a patent leather design, while the high ankle shoe sports an ankle strap. They also feature a colorful inner lining. Fashion kids loved the Milano Hi when Creative Rec debuted it last season, now for Spring 09, the brand will drop the low-top version off their “Prime” collection. The first make-up that will release is this all-patent black colorway that may just bring the whole suits-with-sneakers thing back. Pictures first surfaced back in August 2008 about this black / red colorway in the Air Jordan True Flight model. They were a sort of enigma back then, but we now have more insight as to their design and availability. At first glance, they may resemble the Air Jordan 7 (VII) model, but don’t worry because you’re not going crazy. They were actually inspired by the Air Jordan 7
(VII) model with the most noticeable features being the overall silhouette of the shoe. They sport a black suede construction along with red and white accents, including red contrast stitching which definitely adds another dimension to the shoe. Other features include a high ankle design, herringbone pattern on the outsole for better traction, ans Zoom Air technology for added cushioning.
It’s been months since the USA Mens Basketball Team took Gold in the Sumer Olympics in Beijing, but we are now getting a first hand look at a pair of Air Jordan 4 (IV)’s created specially for Carmelo Anthony. They feature a beautiful laser print over a navy blue leather upper, a design that would sell out if ever released. They also sport a white midsole, red outsole, and white netting. We already previewed the black / cement colorway in this fusion series, and today we feature another adored colorway, the Fire Reds. They sport a predominantly white leather upper along with black straps and red accents. They are a hybrid of the Air Jordan 4 (IV) model and the classic Air Force One. The upper strongly resembles the Jordan model while the sole is reminiscent of the classic Air Force One. Unfortunately, unlike the Air Jordan 4 (IV), they do not feature a mesh overlay o nthe side panels but instead, perforations can be seen in their place. They are hybrids which feature details from several Nike running models including the Nike Air Triax Structure, Nike Air Stab, and Nike Pegasus. Here we feature black and white colorways in the Nike Air Max ST model, a classic model that has always been adored by fanatics. Originally released back in 1992, the Nike Air Max ST was the most technically advanced shoe of its time, consisting of features such as Nike Air in the forefoot, and Air Max unit at the heel, and Nike’s innovative Footbridge advancement, a feature that sought to mitigate unnecessary movement during the gait cycle.
