Kanye West for A Bathing Ape Spring 2010 Lookbook

Once again Bape have worked with rapper/producer Kanye West, this time for their latest lookbook, which advertises their Spring 2010 collection. With photography from Keiichi Nitta, the collection is well captured is certainly looks very promising. With a mixture of Bape and URSUS Bape releases on the cards, the entire range is refined, with a mixture of Japanese and American aesthetics, making the choice to work with Mr. West appropriate. The collection includes new styles of belts and as wells shirts, work trousers, tees, varsity jackets and more. Surely to be a strong divider amongst fans, the most immediately striking piece is the Baby Milo hoody, which is complete in a vibrant multi-colourway featuring a selection of characters seen throughout Milo’s history.

A Bathing Ape “Black Friday” Full-Zip Shark Hoodie

With Black Friday taking place towards the end of this week, A Bathing Ape’s US locations will release a a limited edition Black Friday Full-Zip Shark Hoodie. The piece’s design isn’t anything ground-breaking by any means but given the usual visibility of the Shark motif from Bape, it’s much more understated. The hoodie will drop at BAPE STORE Los Angeles and New York at 11:00 am and subsequently online at US.Bape.com.

Chocoolate 3rd Anniversary x A Bathing Ape “Chocoolate” Collection

A Bathing Ape team up with Hong Kong based label Chocoolate on a new set of collaborative items which will see a launch within their 6-day pop-up store opening. Included are tees, caps, and mugs as well as a special edition gold set featuring one of each items in a black/gold color scheme. All of the items will see a release on November 7th.

A Bathing Ape Jacquard Camo Bag Collection

A Bathing Ape has just dropped a new collection of subtlety branded bags under their Jacquard Camo theme. Encompassing a variety of different formats, the bag’s print is a tonal replication of the brand’s signature Bapehead camo. Each bag style comes in both black and a light tan version. A Bathing Ape Five Sta New Releases

Undercover x A Bathing Ape “Nowhere” Sneakers

The original Nowhere store was operated in the 90’s by Nigo (A Bathing Ape) and Jun Takashi (Undercover) in Harajuku, Tokyo. Earlier this year, that store front was recreated at Dover Street Market in London, where we have already seen the resurgence of their original Last Orgy 2 brand.

Now we have a look at a collaborative A Bathing and Undercover “Nowhere” sneaker. Set against the iconic Bape green camo, the shoe’s Jack Purcell-like silhouette features an inset “Nowhere” toe cap and a co-branded footbed. These will be available soon at Nowhere’s shop-in-shop at Dover Street Market London.
