Converse Moonwalk – Reversed Chuck Taylor All Star

Just when you think you’ve seen all they can do with the Converse Chuck Taylor All Star, we get something like this. They’re pretty much the exact opposite of all the other Chucks we’ve seen, yet they’re very clearly still Chucks. The Converse Moonwalk puts everything on the front of most All Stars on the back of these, and vice versa. It looks like you’ll have to lace these up from behind, but maybe they’re just held together with elastics. We don’t know that for sure, but do know you can get yours this week from A.R.C.

Converse Co* Sneaker Collection

Taking inspiration from some of the more creative individuals in the industry, Converse works up a new collection of sneakers entitled Converse Co* (Co-Star). The lineup will be sold exclusively through Footlocker retail outlets with colorways slated to release periodically throughout the following months. This first colorway sports a simple red/white two-tone makeup which is now available at participating Footlocker locations nationwide.

Selfridges 100th Anniversary Pantone 109 Collection

Iconic British retailer Selfridges has enjoys a full century of service and commemorate the event with a collaborative capsule over numerous mediums. All based around the Pantone 109 yellow, the capsule includes Joseph Jospeh, Converse, Polo Ralph Lauren, Evisu, Toy Watch, Levi’s, Simon Carter and Fender among others, each lending some of their most well-known products as the design medium of choice. Converse Skateboarding Spring 2009 | Black & Gold Pack

The Converse Skateboarding collection has launched on the 1rst of January 2009. Here we give you a look at the Black & Gold Pack out of the collection.

The pack consists of the high top ERX 300 model, coming in a black/gold/red colorway with a nice mix of leathers on the upper, and the CTS model, which comes in a subtle black perforated leather version. The ERX 300 goes for 90 USD and the CTS for 70 USD. Via CtotheJL.

Barneys x Converse Perforated Leather Chuck Taylor

Converse joined forces with Barneys to create a premium version of the Chuck Taylor. They produced a perforated leather Chuck Taylor Hi in several colorways – white, black/gold and red. An overall clean look with a nice twist. Via Complex.

Converse Spring 09′

Here is a preview at Converse’s 2009 Spring line of shoes. With some plain colors, as well as some bright colors, there is a Converse for everyone. They are also bringing back the Retro 80’s Jam theme back on the shoe. There is also a sneaker that they are coming out with that resembles a Supra, with a Converse twist to it. Converse is working on some serious stuff for the year 2009, so be tuned for some big things.

Converse Fast Break 2

The Converse Fast Break was a low-cut basketball shoe that point guards used to run the floor in back in the 1980s. This July, the one-stars will drop part two in classic colorways applied to high-top models. A handful of make-ups will release this month at prices that won’t hurt your pockets. Converse Fall 2008 Samples

So far this year, Converse has served up some nice models and colorways, and continue to do so. Here we feature two samples which are set to release this upcoming Fall. They include the Converse All Star Low, and the Converse re-issue quick Start, which both feature a purple and blue colorway on a leather upper, as well as a yellow sole. The Converse All Star Low is now available at Denim and Sole.

Converse x Pepsi Cellphone Charms

Converse and Pepsi have been working on a nice collaborative project lately, that will see light of day very soon.

As part of the 100th anniversary celebration of Converse they created sneaker cellphone charms. Overall there will be 12 different models, including the Jack Purcell, Chuck All Star, Larry Bird’s and many other models, that made their comeback within the project. The little charms come with great details on the upper as well as the sole. Via Kenlu.

The Converse x Pepsi sneaker cellphone charms will be coming along with Pepsi cans some time in May. You can start collecting!

Lupe Fiasco x Product (RED) Converse

Thanks to Complex we can give you a look at the Lupe Fiasco x Converse Chuck Taylor Hi’s, that are part of the Product (RED) line. The shoes come all in black patent leather, including the toe box. The outersole comes in a contrasting red.

For now there is no release date and it’s not sure if they will actually be released, but we’ll keep you posted!
